Lindsey Bareham

Lindsey Bareham cooked her way out of a messy divorce, feeding her two young sons on a diet of potatoes which happily led to her first cook book: In Praise of the Potato. It led to a column in the Telegraph and her dream job writing a daily after work recipe for the Evening Standard. Since then she has written over a dozen cook books, helped Simon Hopkinson write Roast Chicken and Other Stories and The Prawn Cocktail Years, and for the past eight years, produced a daily cookery column for The Times.
